Orders are due via the Google Form below by 11:59pm on Monday October 13th (please note that the deadline has been extended). Please submit ONE form per student with the totals for their orders.

The pickup date will be on Wednesday 11/19 between 2:30-3:00 in the band parking lot near the triage building.

Payment will be due at that time via check (payable to Norwin Band Aides) or cash (exact amount please).
