We need help in the following areas:

Concessions

Concession stand is gearing up for another busy fall. We are doing things a little differently this year and will be more organized from a sign up standpoint. We have created SignUps for all games and will keep them updated through that program. There is just one Link for the weekday games as well as Friday night football. Please reach out if you have questions.

Football Seat Covers

We are in need of volunteers to place seat covers on the bleachers for home games. Time commitment is 45 min to 1 hr (or less) depending on how many people sign up for each game. The more help, the faster it can go. Please sign up on the link below if you are willing to help. We need people to put the seat covers on before the football game and also people to take them off after the football game.

The first football game is away at Penn Trafford - August 22nd.

Volunteer badge is needed and has to be worn during this time.

Prop & Equipment Crew

We are still in need of a few volunteers to fill out our prop and equipment crew for competitions and football games. These volunteers assist with getting the band on and off the field during competitions and during halftime at football games. Our goal is to assign the same people to the same jobs throughout the season, so if you plan to attend most of the performances this is a great opportunity for you! Not only is this a critical part of the performance, but the prop and front ensemble crew members have the unique opportunity to be with their student in the field and see the performance from field level. Anyone interested in helping throughout the season can contact Pete at pjbazanos@comcast.net.

Social Media/ Publications

All of these positions can all be customized to your skills, interests, and availability. It's a great way to stay involved with your child and make great friends! Interested students welcome as well.

Join our social media team!

  • Event coverage: Collect and/or post videos, livestreams, and photos from rehearsals, events and performances

  • Fundraiser & event promotion: Schedule posts ahead of events and fundraisers

Join our publications team!

  • Content coordinator: Request and collect materials to publish for both printed and digital communications

  • Advertising manager: Coordinate with sponsorship team to make sure all sponsors get the benefits we've promised

  • Graphic design: Lay out pages to output to printer for 3 major publications: fall senior night, festival program book, and spring banquet yearbook

  • Proofreaders: If your heart hurts when a student's name gets misspelled or omitted, this is the job for you!
